Welcome!
Lonesome Train, for the uninitiated, are the quintessential good-time, act - you can't help but have a straw chewin', knee slappin' good time when the Train rips into their repertoire of classics from any decade or musical genre.
The Train are very popular for their wide appeal with audiences of all ages, which sees them in constant demand and laying tracks all over the east coast and beyond where they average over 150 shows a year.
Lonesome Train features twangin' guitar slinger, Christian Power, Aussie rock'n'roll legend Doug Dekroo slappin' on double bass and the stand up drumming of Rob Laurie.
The huge sound this trio creates is something to see and hear and the range of material they play could be anything from Hank Williams or Johnny Cash for the purists, to Cold Chisel, ACDC, Prince or Aerosmith for those who ever wondered how it might have sounded if the whole world was a cowpoke.
